Flightline 25, Inc.  (“Flightline”, “we”, “our”, and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our software and related services (the “Services”), https://www.flightlinedata.com/ (our “Services”). The Services may also prompt Users to disclose information of third parties in the course of utilizing the Services. Any User that provides Flightline with any personal or sensitive information of any third party represents and warrants that providing such third party information is not in violation of any agreement and is in compliance with all applicable laws.

Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version and device identifiers. Personal Information of Children

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 18 years of age, and no part of our Services is directed to children. International Visitors

Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use our Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. If you do not want your information to leave your jurisdiction, do not provide the information to us. By providing information to us, you explicitly consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
