Flightline 25, Inc.  (“Flightline”, “we”, “our”, and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our software and related services (the “Services”), https://www.flightlinedata.com/ (our “Services”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share information from users of our Services (“Users”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. When you engage in certain activities on the Services, such as inquiring about or utilizing the Services, contacting customer service or providing feedback, or signing up for email updates or other promotional materials, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself which may include your name, e-mail address, address, and phone number, as well as other information you may supply us, such as your demographic information or location information.

The Services may also prompt Users to disclose information of third parties in the course of utilizing the Services. Any User that provides Flightline with any personal or sensitive information of any third party represents and warrants that providing such third party information is not in violation of any agreement and is in compliance with all applicable laws.

B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services.

Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version and device identifiers. We also infer your general location information, for example by using your internet protocol (IP) address.

Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve it, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the content you view, and the dates and times of your visits.

Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.

Security

Steps you take to ensure the security of your computer, computer passwords, or other personal identifier authentication mechanisms are key components of the protection of your personal information. You agree that you are responsible for any additional verification procedures and security you deem necessary.

Personal Information of Children

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 18 years of age, and no part of our Services is directed to children. International Visitors

Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use our Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. If you do not want your information to leave your jurisdiction, do not provide the information to us. By providing information to us, you explicitly consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating our Services. By providing any information, including personal information, on or to our Services, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We will post any adjustments to the Privacy Policy on this page. If we materially change the ways in which we use or share personal information previously collected from you through our Services, we will notify you by email, or other communication.
